Policies and Procedures
Childcare, which is provided for a nominal fee through the Dublin Community Recreation Center's Wee Folk
Room, is a benefit provided to all paid members of Dublin Women's Club as well as first-time guests. It enables mothers
of young children to attend DWC daytime meetings without seeking outside care for their little ones. We feel that this
service sets us apart from other organizations that do not make accommodations for small children. In order for our
operations to be both effective and efficient, we ask all members who plan to use this service to adhere to the following
guidelines:
1. Childcare is available for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.
2. Please make reservations at least one week in advance of the meeting/event you plan to attend.
3. Reservations must be made through the website and are important for scheduling the proper
number of babysitters.
4. Childcare fees are $3 per child for the first hour and .75 for each additional 15 minutes,
with a 2-hour maximum per day. Passes are purchased at the front desk and paid directly to DCRC.
5. DWC will cover childcare costs for first time guests. Please be sure to contact DWC Coordinator -to make
arrangements.
